About the role

The position supports the medical‑economic management of a specialized health group. Reporting to the Finance Department, you act as a bridge between medical, administrative, IT and financial teams to ensure accurate activity data and its proper economic valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the reliability and consistency of patient‑record data.
• Analyze billing variances and identify levers for revenue optimisation.
• Monitor medico‑economic indicators and produce decision‑support analyses.
• Conduct internal audits to secure billing practices and activity valuation.
• Contribute to process evolution and adapt to regulatory reforms in health financing.
• Assist operational teams in improving data traceability and quality.
• Train professionals on medico‑economic issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance reporting tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management control, finance, audit or a related field.
• Several years of experience in management control, audit, financial analysis or performance monitoring.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and experience with reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of information systems and decision‑support tools.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector or hospital financing is a plus.
• Ability to work transversally with diverse stakeholders.
