Contract Manager - General Procurement

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Contract Manager for General Procurement to join its Procurement Department in Toulouse, France. You will join a dedicated team supporting commodity management, driving procurement contract policy and securing legal and commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, adapt and optimise standard and complex procurement contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations alongside or in support of procurement commodity buyers.
• Perform contractual analyses during disagreements or potential disputes to ensure business continuity.
• Validate contract summary forms highlighting key risks, opportunities and main deviations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual impacts and deliver training to develop buyer skills.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, business law or procurement management.
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating and administering international procurement agreements.
• Solid understanding of legal regulations, risk management and commercial contract terms.
• Strong analytical skills, dispute resolution and mentoring of junior procurement staff.
• Advanced English and French.
