Consultant senior en diagnostic stratégique et organisationnel – Nantes

About the role

SECAFI is seeking a senior consultant to lead strategic and organisational diagnosis projects for its Regional Directorate in Nantes. Working from one of the eight regional offices, you will join a team of experienced consultants and be responsible for delivering high‑impact analyses that support business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive strategic and organisational assessments for clients in the Nantes region.
• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Prepare and present diagnostic reports to senior management.
• Support business development activities by contributing expertise to proposals and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in strategic or organisational diagnostics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead multidisciplinary teams.
