Payroll Operations Manager / Chapter Lead – France

About the role

Join SD Worx to lead the new International SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and BPO organization in France. You will co‑create processes, structure teams and ensure high‑quality payroll delivery for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll and HR Operations (MPS/BPO) team, guaranteeing accurate, on‑time payroll processing in line with SLAs.
• Own client relationships, participate in monthly review meetings and report on KPIs and service performance.
• Act as escalation point for country‑level issues, ensuring resolution according to global standards.
• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner on continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing plans, recruitment, team evaluations, coaching and professional development.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in HR and payroll outsourcing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, SLAs and KPI measurement.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver services to multinational customers.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
