Consultant Junior en Opérations Financières (F/H)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Junior Financial Operations Consultant to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will support large international clients on complex accounting projects, including standard adoption, transactions, restructurings, and sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects converting accounting frameworks (IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP) and implementing new standards such as IFRS 18.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Services, and Consulting teams on large‑scale deals.
• Prepare financial information (pro‑forma data, combined financial statements, ad‑hoc reporting) required for transactions, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, IPOs, or debt issuances.
• Assist in solving accounting issues related to external growth operations (acquisitions, joint ventures).
• Occasionally support international operations projects.

Required profile

• Curious and passionate personality with a strong desire to develop professional skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for international assignments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS 18.
• Experience with financial reporting and sustainability reporting.
