Consultant Indépendant – Auditeur/Formateur en Sécurité Alimentaire

About the role

Diversey Consulting, a subsidiary of the Solenis group, is seeking experienced freelance consultants to provide food safety audits and training for clients in the hospitality, healthcare and agri‑food sectors across several regions of France.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site hygiene and food safety audits for client establishments.
• Assess field practices, identify improvement opportunities and draft corrective action plans.
• Deliver training sessions on good hygiene practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support establishments in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Perform sampling and control tests when required and document findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in food safety auditing, training or regulatory support.
• Independent consultants with backgrounds in HACCP, quality auditing, or certification bodies are especially valued.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and French food safety regulations.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for report preparation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
