Consultant Expérimenté en Transformation Finance EPM/Conso

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced consultant to support the transformation of finance functions for large French and international groups, as well as French Tech and Next40 companies. The role focuses on consolidation and management reporting, ESG reporting preparation, and the implementation of regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare organisations for ESG reporting requirements.
• Implement normative evolutions and align consolidation with management reporting.
• Redesign reporting processes to shorten market publication cycles.
• Support clients during M&A operations, including historical data migration and reporting redesign.
• Advise on tool selection and integrate technologies such as Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Hana, HFM, or BFC.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, IEP or a specialised finance/management programme.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or industry on consolidation and statutory reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and French GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with at least one consolidation tool (e.g., HFM, BFC).
• Analytical, rigorous, good communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
