About the role
The position is for a Recruitment Consultant specialized in the agri‑food sector, based in Paris. The consultant will support client companies in identifying, attracting and placing talent across the food‑value chain, from farm to table.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment projects for agri‑food clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines specific to the food industry.
- Provide advisory support on market trends and hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer negotiations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency as a recruiter or consultant, or in an agri‑food company handling commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of the agri‑food ecosystem.
Required skills
- Recruitment process management.
- Knowledge of the agri‑food sector.
