Construction Site Manager – Wood Carpentry (F/M)

About the role

The client is a specialist wood‑carpentry firm working on both public and private sector projects. They are looking for a Construction Site Manager to lead and coordinate wood‑carpentry works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise wood‑carpentry activities on construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet project schedules.
• Monitor progress, control costs and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings and specifications related to wood‑carpentry works.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status, risks and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction sites, preferably in wood‑carpentry or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of public and private construction contracts.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems on‑site and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
