About the role

BNP Paribas, the leading bank in the European Union, is looking for a temporary Bank Advisor to reinforce its branch network in Dunkerque. You will support the daily operations of the branch by stepping in for colleagues and ensuring a high level of service for all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers across all channels (in‑person, phone, email, and mail).
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate banking solutions.
• Promote BNP Paribas product offers to meet client requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction in a proximity‑service environment.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work a 4.5‑day week (Tuesday to Saturday) until 12 December 2026.
• Readiness to travel within the local territory to cover multiple branches.
