Conducteur de Travaux Gros Oeuvre – Tout Corps d'État

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Conducteur de Travaux (Construction Site Manager) specialized in gros œuvre and all trades to lead projects for a general building contractor in Île‑de‑France. Reporting directly to the Director of Works, you will own the full life‑cycle of assigned sites, from preparation to hand‑over, ensuring client satisfaction and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hand‑over meetings with the direction and design office and verify contract documents against client and architect requirements.
• Re‑evaluate project dossiers to optimise margins, schedules and technical solutions together with the site manager.
• Prepare detailed planning, forecast budgets and define material and equipment needs.
• Lead and coordinate all execution trades, monitor progress, quality, safety and cost control on‑site.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal services and external partners, producing regular reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum BTS/DUT in construction or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in construction site management.
• Strong technical, legal and QSE knowledge.
• Leadership and team‑motivation skills, with ability to balance company interests and client demands.
• Analytical mindset for economic and strategic issues and solid project‑management methodology.
