Community & Advocacy Manager – Health Insurance

About the role

Alan is looking for a Community & Advocacy Manager to be the human voice of the brand across the online spaces where its audience gathers. You will engage authentically on platforms such as Reddit, Trustpilot, professional forums, LinkedIn and Meta, while also building and nurturing Alan’s own community channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, participate in, and respond to conversations on Reddit, review sites, forums and social media comment sections.
• Launch and grow Alan’s dedicated community spaces, starting with a subreddit, and develop guidelines for community interaction.
• Identify and cultivate happy members and credible creators into brand advocates who share their experiences voluntarily.
• Collaborate daily with the SEO/GEO Lead and the senior Organic Social Media Lead to align community activities with broader organic growth strategies.
• Document successful tactics and create a playbook to replicate the approach in Belgium, Spain and Canada as the company expands.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with a passion for authentic online engagement.
• Proven experience managing online communities or advocacy programs, especially on Reddit, review platforms and professional networks.
• Strong written communication skills in French (and preferably English) to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with SEO, social media and product teams.
