CNC Manufacturing Operator – Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturing organization in Spain. The role involves operating and programming CNC machinery to produce high‑precision aerospace components in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC machining centers, lathes and manual machine tools.
• Program and adjust machining parameters directly on the machine using ISO code.
• Machine complex parts from aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium and high‑nickel alloys.
• Inspect and measure finished parts against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances and manufacturing documentation.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and determine optimal machining conditions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of industrial machining experience.
• Proven ability to program CNC machines directly using ISO programming.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts when required.
