Chef de Secteur GMS / Proxi – Marseille (F/H)

About the role

The Chef de Secteur – GMS / Proxi based in Marseille is responsible for driving commercial growth of a portfolio of retail clients and increasing product visibility across the assigned territory. The role blends market analysis, client negotiation, sales execution and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client portfolio within the GMS and Proxi channels.
• Analyse market trends, sales data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and promotional agreements with retail partners.
• Coordinate product placement, merchandising and promotional activities to maximise shelf visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and adjust tactics as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial development or sales within the retail (GMS/Proxi) sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Result‑oriented, able to work autonomously and meet targets.
