About the role

The Owner role at Christian Olivier is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily business operations and shaping the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff, supervise workflows and address issues as they arise.
• Coordinate production or service delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and execute business strategies, monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners and key clients.
• Set priorities, make operational decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability.

Required profile

• Experience in business management or ownership, including oversight of operations, finance and staffing.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, with mentoring and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience in client relations and service quality improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Loches full‑time and adapt to changing business needs.

Required skills

• Basic financial oversight such as budgeting, cost control and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools for operations management.
