Chef de projet transformation digitale (H/F)

About the role

Reporting to the Director of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) within a highly regulated financial environment, you will help drive the implementation of the company’s digitalisation strategy and translate the Group’s new strategic direction into concrete projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the DTO Director in planning and executing digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technology partners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital processes.

Required profile

• Experience managing projects in a regulated financial sector.
• Strong understanding of digitalisation concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly structured environment.
