About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Agency Manager to lead our Castres office. In this role you will be responsible for growing the agency’s market share while fostering a high‑performing team focused on client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the agency’s market presence.
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales and service professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and attract new business.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.
- Represent the agency in local industry events and networking opportunities.
