Chargé de Planning et de Recrutement (H/F)

About the role

The Planning and Recruitment Officer will join Hellowork’s HR team in La Rochelle, supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition activities. After a solid initial training, you will work closely with your manager to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
