About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to turn member requests into delightful experiences. You will act as a trusted guide, helping members navigate the French healthcare system and providing clear, timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex member inquiries into simple, human‑centred solutions.
• Provide swift, accurate information via email, chat and phone callbacks.
• Support B2B partners using Alan’s corporate health insurance.
• Lead innovative care projects, driving process excellence and data‑based improvements.
• Identify and implement key improvements, leading end‑to‑end implementations.
• Guide and inspire fellow team members, building high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using digital tools and communicating across email, chat and phone.
• Empathetic, calm presence with strong initiative and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to navigate and explain the French healthcare system.
• Proficiency with technology platforms used for member support.
• Bilingual communication skills (French & English).
