Field Clinical Specialist – THV (Paris & Ile-de-France)

About the role

The Field Clinical Specialist will support Edwards Lifesciences' Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business by delivering clinical education, training, and post‑commercial support to physicians and hospital staff in the Paris region.

Key responsibilities

• Certify centers, physicians and staff according to Edwards Lifesciences SOPs.
• Provide education on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting, and develop training curricula and materials.
• Support physicians during commercial procedures and ensure follow‑up technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement growth strategies and upsell in strategic accounts.
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices or a clinical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in interventional cardiology or related areas (structural heart, coronary) preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Paris area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to regulatory requirements.
