About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its French member‑support team. You will act as the trusted guide for members, turning complex health‑care questions into clear, helpful experiences while contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate answers to member inquiries about the French health‑care system and Alan’s corporate insurance plans.
• Deliver personalized guidance that simplifies insurance, prevention, and care processes.
• Identify pain points and propose improvements to enhance the member journey.
• Lead or contribute to care‑focused projects, such as empowerment initiatives, team structure design, and cross‑functional product collaborations.
• Mentor and inspire fellow team members, helping to build high‑performing care squads.

Required profile

• Strong passion for helping people and solving health‑related challenges.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English (full professional proficiency).
• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology‑driven environments.
• Ability to work both on member support (≈80% of time) and on project work (≈20%).
