Care Expert – Member Support (France)

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its Member Support team in France. You will act as the trusted guide for members, turning complex healthcare questions into simple, human experiences while contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses to member inquiries about the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance plans.
• Deliver clear guidance throughout the member journey, ensuring a delightful experience.
• Allocate 80% of time to direct member support and 20% to lead care‑related projects.
• Identify process improvements, analyse data insights, and implement end‑to‑end solutions.
• Design initiatives that empower members, shape care team structures, and collaborate on cross‑functional product innovations.
• Mentor fellow team members and help attract top care talent.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology platforms.
• Experience in a customer‑facing or care‑focused role, preferably within health insurance or related sectors.
