About the role
The position is a key leadership role within a hospital setting in Paris. As a Cadre de santé, you will oversee the Evening Intensive Care Unit (USIS) and the Benjamins Unit (UB), ensuring high‑quality patient care and smooth operational flow.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Evening Intensive Care Unit (USIS) and the Benjamins Unit (UB).
- Organise and supervise the delivery of nursing and medical care across both units.
- Manage a stable, engaged team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor unit performance, resource allocation, and compliance with clinical standards.
Required profile
- Professional background in healthcare management or nursing leadership.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an intensive care environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
