Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

Guideflow is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build the foundation of its sales organization. You will work in a fast‑growing SaaS startup, shaping business‑development strategy and driving early‑stage revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients across Europe and the US.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads, track progress, and maintain data in the CRM system.
• Represent Guideflow at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, initiative, and curiosity.
• Excellent organization and methodological approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work from Paris.
