Business Development Analyst Intern

About the role

Euronext is looking for a Business Development Analyst Intern to join its Strategy & Business Development team in Paris, ideally starting in January 2027. You will report to the Strategy & Business Development Manager and work on Indices, ETFs and Securitised Derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in strategic planning and execution, including helping deliver the division's strategic roadmap as part of Euronext's 2027 plan
• Prepare reports, presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out market research to identify trends, opportunities and growth areas
• Support coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Maintain and develop intelligence sources on the competitive landscape and the business unit's activities
• Support the steering and coordination of strategic plan initiatives to meet the business plan's objectives

Required profile

• Final or penultimate year student from a university, business school or engineering school with strong academic credentials
• Previous internship in Financial Markets, Corporate Finance or a Strategy Consulting firm, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of financial services
• Fluent English; French fluency is a plus

Required skills

• Good knowledge of or interest in the financial industry
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, fast learning and entrepreneurial mindset
