Branding and Communication Leader

About the role

Graitec Group is seeking a Branding and Communication Leader to define and drive its global communication and brand strategy. The role will ensure a single, consistent voice across all solutions, initiatives and regions, strengthening Graitec’s positioning in the AECO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global communication and brand strategy.
• Own brand governance, public‑relations strategy and corporate visibility.
• Collaborate with Content/Storytelling and Product teams to translate strategy into high‑impact narratives and assets.
• Oversee communication across the corporate website, LinkedIn page and YouTube channel.
• Elevate strategic programs such as Innovation, Sustainability and Industry Engagement.
• Develop and maintain external partnerships (e.g., Women in BIM, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture, key industry associations).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading communication and branding initiatives at a global or multi‑regional level.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative development skills.
