About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French‑English) Social Media Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots, create realistic conversation scenarios, and assess their performance to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

Design and conduct diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and logical consistency.
Document findings and provide feedback to improve AI model performance.
Write novel conversation scripts in both languages to expand the bots' knowledge base.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and French with expert‑level writing and editing skills.
Detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Hourly compensation starting at $25 USD per hour, with bonus rates on select projects.
