Bilingual Customer Support Consultant – Hospitality (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual (English & French) Customer Support Consultant to join its global hospitality team. You will work remotely, providing top‑tier assistance to guests and ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest communications via phone, chat, and email, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and respond to messages during critical booking periods, such as arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Process reservation changes, special requests, and refund evaluations using internal tools.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary to achieve full resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer support role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with reservation and guest‑management tools such as Hostaway, Duve, Turno, or AppSheet.
