Bilingual Community Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in both French and English. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, refining conversational logic, and creating new dialogue scenarios to improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in French and English to assess conversational quality.
• Write and edit novel chatbot dialogues that reflect brand voice and linguistic standards.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for model improvement.
• Track progress metrics and report findings to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
