Beauty Therapist (Esthéticien) – Full-time

About the role

Join Nocibé, a leading French retailer of perfumes and cosmetics, as a Beauty Therapist in its Lyon Saxe store. You will work in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment, delivering high‑quality aesthetic services and promoting the brand’s luxury product range.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments in accordance with Nocibé standards.
• Advise clients on skin care, makeup, and product selection to meet their personal needs.
• Drive sales of cosmetics and fragrance lines through personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area.
• Manage appointments and ensure punctual service delivery.

Required profile

• Holder of a CAP Esthétique; a BP or BTS in Esthétique is a plus.
• Passionate about beauty, luxury, and the cosmetics industry.
• Strong client‑relationship orientation with empathy, conviviality, and diplomatic communication.
• Motivated by challenges and eager to achieve sales targets.
