Balkans Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to take its app to #1 on the App Store in the Balkan countries and keep it there. The role brings internet culture from the respective Balkan countries into the Paris office, creating content, leading creators, testing ideas and working with paid marketing to turn great content into performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth of Bump in the Balkan countries and lead all content and creator efforts for the region
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Balkan creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong content
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn content into performance
• Jump on trends early and collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast and help shape the creative direction of Bump
• Support launches, events and Balkan-focused activations

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator); experience making content for ads, especially UGC
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Fluent in a Balkan language and English, and lived in a Balkan country
• Willingness to work in person in Paris

• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Balkan creator landscape
• Short-form video content creation and influencer campaign management
