Avionics Customer Support M&T Leader – Customer Operations

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Avionics Customer Support Methods & Tools (M&T) Leader for Customer Operations. The role is part of the Customer Support & Services department in Toulouse, supporting more than 300 airlines, MROs, ATR and brokers on avionics and radome products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational documentation such as flowcharts and manuals, and validate process changes before new commercial service agreements are signed.
• Identify business requirements, take part in design workshops and ensure that all use cases are incorporated into the target IT solution.
• Act as the central point of contact for master data management and data‑cleansing activities ahead of system migration.
• Develop user‑acceptance‑testing (UAT) scripts, validate data migration in production and provide Level 1 support during the hyper‑care phase.
• Define training plans, monitor global quality KPIs and lead awareness sessions to guarantee smooth solution adoption worldwide.
