Auditor – QHSE & Social Compliance

About the role

Join QIMA’s Consumer Goods Division to conduct on‑site audits of manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with labor rights, health and safety, and environmental standards. You will work directly with factory management and provide detailed reports to our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform unannounced audits of supplier factories covering QHSE and social compliance according to international standards or client‑specific procedures.
• Identify violations, document findings, and produce comprehensive audit reports for clients.
• Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational project quality.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• Recent experience (within 12 months) with SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP or mixed audits is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
