Assistant(e) Affaires Sociales (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Affairs Assistant to support the Social Affairs Manager in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with social regulations. The position is based in Boulogne and reports directly to the manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor social relations activities, including collective bargaining and employee representation.
• Track the social calendar and ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
• Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, negotiations and social audits.
• Support the drafting of social documents and reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of social agreements and employee data.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Social Law or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Good written and verbal communication in French.
