Assistant Director People & Culture

About the role

Four Seasons is looking for an Assistant Director People & Culture to join its People and Culture service at its 55-room chalet in Megève. The role manages a People & Culture team and the employee experience, with close cooperation with the resort's departments while keeping the service confidential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a People & Culture team and coach and inspire it
• Provide expertise on French labour law and knowledge of the hotel and catering convention
• Resolve conflicts with objectivity
• Manage the employee experience from recruitment to payroll documents, including seasonal management and supervision of working hours and activities
• Work harmoniously with resort teams while protecting the confidentiality of the People & Culture service

Required profile

• Significant experience in luxury hospitality, in a seasonal establishment respecting quality standards
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Serious, professional and motivated person
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and organisational abilities
• Proactive, creative and team-oriented

Required skills

• French and English
• Excellent knowledge of French labour legislation
• Managing several tasks in a busy seasonal environment
