ARP Value Management Office Lead

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks an ARP Value Management Office Lead to join the Digital for Operation Department in Toulouse. You will lead the Value Management Office, establish Lean governance and ensure delivery of business value across large‑scale ERP transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and track key business metrics, KPIs and value‑realisation frameworks.
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized epics and capabilities using Lean governance.
• Provide program transparency through executive dashboards, ROI tracking and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end value delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (SAFe).
• Drive executive reporting and leverage digital/AI tools to optimise programme communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Background in engineering, project management or equivalent.
• Proven experience governing complex, large‑scale ERP transformation programmes (SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong expertise in SAFe at scale (Portfolio/Large Solution) and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Solid experience with programme financials, budgeting, ROI analysis and KPI tracking.
• Advanced English and French, with 20‑30% travel.
