Apprentice Project Manager - Global HCI Sensory Performance

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health and biosciences, is looking for a Project Management Officer Apprentice to join its Global Human & Consumer Insight (HCI) department. The role sits in the creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine and supports all strategic and innovative projects on product sensory performance and product evaluation within an international network of more than 70 professionals focused on the scent market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage strategic and innovation projects related to global sensory performance.
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Support the development and execution of project plans and timelines.
• Analyze project performance and suggest improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Help promote the projects' success by preparing internal communications.

Required profile

• Student in a Master's degree (Bac+4) from a business or engineering school.
• Passionate about scent development and innovation, curious and ready to learn.
• Experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work autonomously.
• Highly organized, proactive and flexible.
