About the role

The Baby Club Animator welcomes and cares for children aged 3 months to 3 years within a tourist accommodation setting. The role involves creating a safe, fun environment where children can enjoy manual activities, workshops, games, storytelling and songs while building trust with parents.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and supervise children from 3 months to 3 years.
  • Organise and lead manual activities, workshops, games, storytelling sessions and songs.
  • Establish confidence and rapport with both children and their parents.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently applied.

Required profile

  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to create a trustworthy relationship with families.
  • Responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • No specific technical skills required.
