Aide-soignant(e) en EHPAD – CDI temps plein ou 80%

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Aide‑soignant (caregiver) to join our team at the EHPAD d'EREAC. The position starts on 1 October 2026 and is offered as a permanent contract (CDI) either full‑time or at 80 % capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and comfort care to elderly residents, ensuring their dignity and well‑being.
• Act as a liaison between residents' families and the nursing team, communicating needs and updates.
• Participate in personalized support projects tailored to each resident.
• Work 12‑hour shifts with a maximum of two consecutive work days and one weekend out of three.
• Utilize the staff break room equipped with a sofa and TV during rest periods.

Required profile

• Holder of the DEAS diploma (or equivalent state‑approved caregiver qualification).
• Experience with elderly care is strongly preferred.
• Autonomous, well‑organized, and responsible.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work with seniors.
