AI Product Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for an AI Product Manager. You will lead the product development lifecycle of AI-driven features, working closely with engineers, designers and data scientists to build, launch and scale AI solutions that match user needs and business goals. This is a fully onsite position at the Lisbon office, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to develop and launch AI-powered features.
• Conduct market research and analyse user feedback to find opportunities for AI integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to optimise AI models for accuracy, performance and user impact.
• Define KPIs to measure success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Stay up to date with AI trends and best practices, and ensure ethical AI use and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, machine learning or data-driven applications.
• Experience working with data science and engineering teams to build AI-based features.
• Ability to turn complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, computer vision and recommendation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
