Agent Technique – Maintenance Hôtelier

About the role

The Technical Agent will support the Technical Director and his deputy in ensuring the smooth operation of all technical installations, equipment and building infrastructure at the Grand‑Hôtel du Cap‑Ferrat, a Four Seasons luxury hotel on the Côte d'Azur.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily repair work to restore installations to full functionality.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, coordinating with external contractors when needed.
• Detect and report minor or major incidents, implementing immediate safety measures to prevent accidents or damage.
• Follow procedures for material flow, consumable management and environmental compliance.
• Work on a variety of materials (plumbing, wood, aluminium) and components (electrical bulbs, faucet seals, door hardware).
• Conduct fire‑alarm system checks and assist with pool maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Organised, rigorous and service‑oriented.
• Previous experience in building management or hotel technical maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the technical team.
