Administrative Support Manager – Customer Operations

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service vehicle leasing, subscription services and fleet management, is looking for an Administrative Support Manager for its Shared Service Centre based in Schiltigheim (67). This six-month fixed-term contract sits at the crossroads of commercial and customer relations, answering requests from fleet managers and drivers throughout the vehicle lease contract lifecycle, and acting as a bridge between sales teams and the customer experience direction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and qualify customer requests
• Dispatch and route requests to the right contacts
• Provide answers and solutions to fleet managers and drivers during the lease contract lifecycle
• Handle complaints and disputes
• Process daily emails, requests, calls and other customer and supplier requests
• Help achieve the quantitative and qualitative service targets

Required profile

• Good listening, adaptability and argumentation skills, written and spoken
• Comfortable with figures
• Organisation, rigour, autonomy and analytical ability

Required skills

• Knowledge of computer tools, notably Salesforce
