Accounting Manager – Record to Report

About the role

Mistral is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its Record‑to‑Report (R2R) function. You will own the end‑to‑end close process for a rapidly expanding international organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Run monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles, maintaining a detailed calendar and checklist.
• Lead a team of GL accountants, allocating tasks and ensuring coordinated delivery.
• Oversee journal entries, trial‑balance accuracy and monthly reconciliations for all balance‑sheet accounts.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation across entities.
• Prepare data for group consolidation, audit support and statutory reporting.
• Identify risks early, resolve unusual items and drive process automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent professional designation.
• At least 8 years of accounting experience, including 2 + years at a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi‑entity close processes.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• SAP S4/HANA (advanced proficiency is a plus).
• IFRS accounting standards.
