Account Manager Sourcing – Service Heures de Vol

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Account Manager – Sourcing to join its Flight Hour Services (FHS) department in Toulouse. You will be part of a team that develops the flight‑hour contract service and ensures the supply of spare parts to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of OEM suppliers under the procurement department’s delegation.
• Ensure orders are sent according to customer needs and contract terms.
• Guarantee on‑time and quality delivery of ordered parts.
• Organise supplier performance reviews and participate in rating their performance.
• Support purchasing functions in obtaining discounts and negotiating claims.
• Provide visibility of delivery dates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal services such as Transport, Quality, Supplier Quality Management, Warehouse and Export Control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in after‑sales supply chain.
• Proven experience working with industrial suppliers.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier performance management.
