About the role

Twelve is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client strategy and drive growth across the EU market. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal creative, development, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage new client briefs from inception through production, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle daily external client communications and coordinate internal updates with development, creative, and production teams.
  • Lead project management to meet Twelve’s response time standards and client expectations.
  • Track and cultivate new business opportunities, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement tailored client strategies to exceed sales and account targets.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within client supply bases to generate additional revenue.
  • Lead RFP and tender submissions, leveraging internal resources to create competitive proposals.
  • Monitor industry trends and client feedback to keep Twelve’s solutions relevant.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
  • Highly analytical with strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
