职位概况

负责飞机事业部海内外HR体系搭建与运营，统筹薪酬福利、成本管控及劳动关系，支持组织整合与关键人才保留。

主要职责

全球HR统筹管理，推动海外与总部HR闭环。
统筹薪酬福利、社保、工会及人力成本预算。
负责国内外用工合规、劳动合同及争议处理。
支持海外公司组织整合、绩效体系落地及人才引进。

任职要求

本科以上学历，10年以上HR经验，5年以上HR管理岗位经验。
具备2年以上欧洲工作经历，熟悉当地用工合规。
英语可作为工作语言，能独立对接海外研发与生产管理层。
精通薪酬福利、社保税务及人力成本管理，有相关海外经验优先。
具跨文化沟通能力，拥有制造业/航空/高端装备背景者优先。
