Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account Lead to design, configure, and drive Workday Financials solutions within large‑scale transformation programmes. You will guide clients from requirements definition through deployment and adoption, ensuring they maximise the value of their Workday investment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of a Workday R2R deployment, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices for financial accounting, statutory reporting and country‑specific needs.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and ensure seamless integration of R2R processes with Finance, IT and PMO systems.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge of Workday methodology and Accenture’s delivery approach.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Associate Manager or Consultant level with solid experience in Workday Finance implementations.
• Proven ability to work in global rollout environments and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
