Upgrade Value Manager – Business Cases & Pricing

About the role

ATR is seeking an Upgrade Value Manager to lead the development and management of business cases for aircraft upgrade solutions. The role supports the sale of retrofit packages through Service Bulletins, ensuring commercial compliance and target margins.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage business cases for upgrade solutions, aligning with ATR commercial policies.
• Collaborate with engineering to perform technical and cost analyses for retrofits.
• Define customer pricing by integrating kit and equipment costs.
• Maintain the SAP catalogue for Service Bulletins and kits, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Procurement to guarantee cost and price availability of spare parts and kits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure ISO compliance.
• Act as the focal point for upgrade pricing tools and support digital transformation projects.
• Manage subcontracting activities, validate volumes, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare commercial offers, support sales teams, and monitor order processing, delivery, invoicing and down‑payments.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in after‑sales aviation environment, financial modelling and supply‑chain constraints.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven project‑management and continuous‑improvement experience.
• Fluent in English and French; additional language a plus.
