Inside Sales Manager

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be the main operational contact for sales support, CRM management and customer coordination across France, Luxembourg and Switzerland. This hands‑on position requires autonomy and ownership in a fast‑growing cybersecurity startup.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline tracking and pricing documentation.
• Support the sales team throughout the commercial cycle, preparing proposals, contracts and tracking deal progress.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers with technical and delivery teams and monitor licenses and usage.
• Manage procurement, inventory and logistics for hardware and operational needs, including shipment tracking.
• Oversee contract preparation, NDA tracking and compliance with internal documentation standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations or customer success.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple topics and work cross‑functionally.
• Experience in a startup, SME or international environment is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) administration.
• CRM data management and reporting.
