TypeScript QA Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position is for a TypeScript Quality Assurance Lead who will oversee the quality and consistency of AI‑generated TypeScript code across multiple training projects. Working remotely, you will guide a distributed team of trainers and QA specialists, ensuring that all deliverables meet strict technical and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated TypeScript code and trainer outputs against project rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback on type safety, correctness, performance, security, and readability.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to the QA and trainer teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Activate and monitor contributors who are not consistently delivering work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong command of English for written feedback and team communication.
• 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript development.
• Deep understanding of core TypeScript concepts (static typing, generics, conditional types, etc.) and JavaScript runtime behavior.
